Great location nestled in the mountains 🏔️. Just a short walk away from events at NOS, shopping spots, and the city center.

The minute we checked in the Front Desk staff was so helpful. We hadn't eaten all day and she printed directions to a local restarant and the hotel restarant was not open. Later in the day there was another staff member and he was just as helpful. The room and hotel were so clean and beatiful I would go again in a heartbeat. We also used the fitness room and the business wifi - all important. Keep up the great work.

I would love a continental breakfast at no charge - we have stayed at other Hiltons that offer this so that was a suprise. We ended up at Starbucks so we could get a muffin and juice instead of the $10 breakfast offered at Hilton.

The hotel is very nice and well-maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. The room was above-average, very fresh and very clean.

The room was attractive and fairly quiet. the coffee was extremely good. - the location was great and unbeatable for our visit to San Bernardino Golf Club. - the hotel is located in a quiet area close to the expressway.

Room was upgraded from suite to larger suite.

It was a bit confusing trying to figure the system for ordering breakfast. Not a major issue.

The rooms at Hilton Garden Inn San Bernardino are brilliant and attractive, complete with a tub and shower. the employees are exceptional and pleasant. - the hotel has a particularly good and unbeatable location in the mountains, close to the expressway.

The staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. The check-in was very efficient. The hotel appeared clean in every area of the hotel. Very nice.

I asked for a no smoking room, was told the room was no smoking and when I went into the room the smell of smoking, cigarettes and lingering odors of smoking filled the room. It was obvious that people have smoked in this room. It was terrible. I was too tired to deal with asking for another room, and was concerned I would just be put in another room that smelled like cigarettes, The bed was as hard as a block of wood. Everything else was really great.

This was my 2nd stay at a Hilton Garden Inn and I imagine they are all similar. The staff was friendly and helpful, room was large, bathroom very nice with a very large shower and nice amenities, there was a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. It had free wifi in the room. The bed and pillows very comfortable. Pool was excellent for me. They had a bar, 24 hour pantry and a very nice restaurant. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

A pretty comfortable stay here. the hotel is all decked out in modern vibes with super friendly staff. It's located conveniently close to the freeway, making it easy to get around. Plus, you've got some sweet golf courses and casinos nearby for fun outings.

The guest services could be improved, as one guest experienced issues with accessing the spa and faced miscommunication from the front desk staff regarding their room availability.
